Warranty and Product Support

At Velvet Rituals, we believe in creating reliable, body-safe products that are as lasting as they are luxurious. That’s why all of our electronic massagers come with a 180-day warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

What's Covered

Your Velvet Rituals massager is covered for 180 days against:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Internal malfunctions
  • Faulty buttons, motors, or charging ports when used as intended

All devices are made with medical-grade silicone, are phthalate- and latex-free, and undergo strict quality checks before shipping.

How to Claim Your Warranty

If you experience an issue within the warranty period, please reach out to our support team:

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your name and contact info
  • Order number and purchase date
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A video showing the malfunction
  • A photo of the charger/adapter used

Once we receive and review your submission:

  • If the product is eligible, we’ll arrange for a pickup (at no cost to you)
  • After inspection, a replacement unit will be dispatched promptly
  • If your item is no longer available, we’ll offer you a free upgrade to the latest comparable product
  • In rare cases where pickup isn't possible, we may request you to self-ship the item to our designated warehouse. If this happens, we’ll guide you through every step.

Products Outside Warranty

If your device is no longer under warranty but needs attention, we’re still here for you.

Important Warranty Notes

  • This warranty applies only to electronic Velvet Rituals massagers. Accessories, charging cables, pouches, and non-electronic items are not covered.
  • Warranty is valid only when the product has been used according to the User Manual and stored with proper care.
  • We reserve the right to deny warranty coverage if:
    • The device has visible signs of damage due to misuse, tampering, drops, or unauthorized repairs
    • It has been used on broken, irritated, or damaged skin
    • Water damage has occurred beyond the rated IPX level (please check your product’s waterproof rating)
    • The issue is caused by normal wear and tear, power surges, or commercial use

Replacement Terms & Conditions

Once your warranty claim is approved, we’ll arrange a free pickup of the original item (if required) and ship your replacement product at no extra cost.

  • If the same product is no longer in stock or discontinued, we’ll offer you an upgraded or equivalent model. This is our way of making sure you’re always taken care of.
  • Replacements are issued once per product under warranty.
  • All replacement items are final and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, Velvet Rituals does not offer a satisfaction guarantee. We recommend reading the full user guide before use.
Discontinue use if you experience pain, irritation, or discomfort. Do not use on swollen or inflamed areas.
Velvet Rituals is not responsible for injury or complications caused by improper use.

Warranty Is Non-Transferable

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person or re-sold item.
