Because our products are personal in nature and sealed for hygiene and safety, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been opened, unsealed, or used. Order Cancellations

We will make every effort to cancel your order if you contact us before it has been dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that cancellation will always be possible.

Orders move quickly into our packing and shipping process, and once they have been prepared for dispatch, they may not be stopped.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped at the time of your request, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns
We can only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item has not been used, for strict hygienic reasons.

The item is in its original, sealed packaging and in unused, resaleable condition.

You received the wrong product.

The product arrived damaged or defective.

The product was delivered past its usable expiry date.

The product is under warranty. In this case, refer to our Warranty and Product Support for claim instructions.

You must provide clear photos of the product and packaging to support your claim.

Once a return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Replacements
If your return request is approved, we will offer:

A replacement of the same product, or
-
An upgrade to a higher-value product (if available).

If the upgrade is due to our error, we will cover the price difference.

If the upgrade is requested for preference, the customer will pay the difference.

We always prioritise replacements before refunds, as this allows you to receive your product faster.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable).

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If a refund is approved for a product that does not need to be physically returned (e.g., shipping error where replacement is not possible), it will be processed immediately.

All products are sealed for hygiene and safety; once opened, they cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Any replacement or refund is subject to stock availability and verification of the issue reported.
