Shipping Process
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout. Please double-check that the address is accurate, complete, and includes any necessary landmarks or instructions to help our delivery partners.

Discreet Packaging. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked cartons with no company logo, product images, or names visible on the outside. Your privacy is our priority.

Personal Receipt Recommended. While we use sealed, tamper-evident packaging, we recommend customers receive the package personally to maintain discretion.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If an order cannot be delivered for this reason, additional shipping fees may apply for a redelivery. If multiple attempts fail, the order may be cancelled and refunded, minus any incurred costs.

Delivery Timeframes

Local Deliveries (India). Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch.

In some cases, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen factors such as courier delays, weather disruptions, public holidays, or regional restrictions.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages arising from delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link to follow your delivery in real time.

Tracking updates are dependent on the courier’s system and may experience slight delays in reflecting progress.
Reporting Transport Damage

If your package arrives with visible damage, please bring it to the attention of the delivery personnel immediately and contact us as soon as possible with photos.

While failing to report damage on the spot does not affect your legal rights, it helps us process claims with the courier or our insurance provider faster.
Additional Notes

Deliveries will not require the outer carton to indicate the contents.

If you are unavailable to receive the package in person, ensure a trusted recipient is present. Our discreet packaging means no one will know what’s inside, but personal handover helps avoid misdelivery.
